Expand Section 7.3 — Tree Nut Butter Comparison: comprehensive lipid and antinutrient deep-dive. Replaces brief stub with structured comparison covering hazelnut, cashew, almond (full per-nut profiles), plus walnut/pecan/pistachio/Brazil.
